The room is nasty not clean at all and the bed is not clean and it like a rock

I had booked two rooms — one double room and one family room. On the day of check-in, a staff member called and informed me that the door lock of the family room was broken, so they changed the family room to two double rooms instead. Later, I found out that the real reason was that the agent had overbooked the rooms, not because of a broken door lock. When we arrived at the hotel, my family and I had to wait outside for 15 minutes before anyone came to open the door for us. The hairdryer in the room was broken, one of the beds was completely collapsed, and the room was extremely unhygienic. The overall experience was very, very disappointing.
