Da educação dos funcionários

Barulho insuportável da maior academia de ginástica de Trancoso, fica colada no muro ao lado da pousada, começa as 6:00 com aulas de dança e música no último volume, pagamos 3 diárias e logo na primeira manhã fomos embora, os próprios funcionários disseram que outros hóspedes fizeram a mesma coisa, acordaram com o barulho insuportável e foram embora. Entramos em contato com a Ana que foi a pessoa que os funcionários indicaram para cancelar as outras diárias e a mesma com educação disse que não podia fazer nada, que eu tinha que resolver isso com o Booking. Enfim, rasgamos quase 3 mil reais e largamos para trás as diárias seguintes, além de ter que pagar outra pousada para ficar.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Dono da pousada muito acessível nos recebeu muito bem, as funcionárias são legais e tem um excelente café da manhã. Pousada muito limpa e organizada, fica próxima ao quadrado e da praia dos Coqueiros. Recomendo!

Estive em Trancoso com a minha família, e tive uma ótima estadia na pousada Alecrim.. além de ótima localização com mercado, padaria, academia etc por perto - também oferece um ambiente tranquilo para crianças. A equipe é super atenciosa, as acomodações são limpas, e o café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo para quem busca uma experiência de hospedagem de qualidade. Voltarei com certeza!
