Coach Stop Inn

This is an amazing B&B - very commutative owners (who gave us wonderful food recommendations), the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean with great amenities and when we checked in there was a little baked treat for us. We will definitely stay here again - it was perfect for a little romantic getaway.

Wonderful place to stay near Bar Harbor. My room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast and afternoon baked treats were delicious! Bed was so comfortable!

This is a great small and clean B&B. Jim and Anna were very good hosts and the breakfasts were delicious! The room and bathroom had everything we needed. Homemade cookies or bars available daily with coffee or tea were an added treat. The only slight negative is that it’s located along a main road so you hear traffic noise, but it was quiet when sleeping, so not an issue for us.

I went by this place 5 years ago on another trip and said to myself cool, I’m staying there the next time. I was not disappointed! The breakfast’s were so unique, delicious and Anna serviced them up hot with a smile. Oh people say it’s too far from town, soooo! You just drive down to the visitor center at Hull’s Cove pay to park, it’s good for a week, and take the Island Explorer bus to downtown or other stops. I definitely will stay at Coach Stop Inn again wonderful experience!

Breakfast was outstanding

Anna and Jim were the Best hosts ever , this B&B was absolutely phenomenal. Couldn’t ask for any better breakfast each morning, the food was absolutely delicious. Only about 7 miles to Bar Harbor , Acadia National Park and Cadillac Mountain makes this place even better. Away from the crowds but close enough for whatever you wanted to go do . Jim and Anna were so friendly , they make all guests feel very special we would love to stay here again in the future . Highly recommend this place ♥️ The Turners from Ohio

Quaint setting with amazing breakfasts & afternoon/evening sweet treat to go with coffee or evening dessert. Engaging/relatable owner chefs who take great attention to detail & offered memorable breakfast experiences, and are willing to share a few culinary secrets that we can take to try our hands at…historic, memorable in every way & we hope to return again in future travels…

I cannot say enough good things about the Coach Stop Inn. The entire stay was excellent and Anna and Jim are the perfect hosts. If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet and convenient place to stay near the main attractions on Desert Island I highly recommend it.
