Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen wurden in Buffetform angerichtet. Beide Buffets waren vielseitig, so dass jeder etwas gefunden hat und Satt werden konnte. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß; der Ausblick einfach nur fantastisch! Auch hat mir die Saunalandschaft sehr gefallen.

Bauartbedingt gibt es leider keine behindertengerechte Einrichtungen (Lift in die oberen Etwagen, Rollstuhlrampen)

The staff were super friendly, from the start they informed us about the pool and spa working ours and they also gave us so many informations about the hiking path around the hotel. We also booked the dinner within the hotel and that was also great, Everything we had at dinner and breakfast were so delicious. Spa and swimming pool were also very relaxing and comfortable.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und geht auf alle Fragen ein, man konnte den Pool und die Sauna nutzen und das Frühstück war super, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder...

Begume Betten, schöne Ausblick, gutes Essen ,schöne Schwimmbad

Im Bad war schlechte Geruch von Abfluss, würde aber besteigt, Jacuzzi war nicht sauber, Damfsauna war kaputt und Tee Kocher im Ruhe Raum auch kaputt gegangen.

Das personal sehr freundlich. Am Anreisetag hatte ich Geburtstag und meine Begleitung und ich haben zum abendessen ein schön geschmückten tisch vorgefunden und ein glas sekt auf kosten des Hauses bekommen. Essen war sehr gut und das frühstückbuffet reichlich. Für Ausflüge an Schluchsee,Titisee oder zum Wandern top Lage

Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, wir hatten zimmer 313 und da merkte man leicht die federn.. Wäre von vorteil diese auszutauschen. Am 1.5. kamen viele neue Gäste, untrr andrem viele Kinder die auch im obersten stock untergebracht waren und sind bis 23.30uhr auf dem Gang laut hin und her gerannt und türen geknallt, schade das darauf die eltern nicgts gesagt haben und auch das Hotel nichts unternahm.
