Dream Beach House by Sonsoleá Host

Es una casita muy cerca de la playa, con todas las comodidades. Bien decorada y práctica. Con sitio para aparcar delante de la puerta.

Lo peor, por decir algo, es que escuchas demasiado todos los pajaritos que viven alrededor, y que les gusta mucho cantar. Pero es increíble la cantidad de naturaleza, en medio de la población!

I love the style of the house. Everything was beautiful.

The ubication, and also there were a lot of noise at night. The neighbors and burning tires, but I understand that it's something the host cannot control.

Great ACs in both bedrooms, love that beach towels are provided.

I fell in back porch - slipped on mat. Couch is old and dirty. Not safe parking in street.

Kitchen had tons of extras like oeooer, seasonings very well out together

Air conditioner was only in the bedrooms not the main area of the house it got too warm for us

Great location, walking distance to most things.

We loved the location of the house. It made it easy to walk to lots of great restaurants and bars. Also loved the back garden for some private outdoor space. The AC worked well. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and a (slightly broken but still usable) cooler provided for beach trips. The host was responsive to questions and everybody we met in the town of Luquillo was so friendly. We would definitely come back!

There were only a few small things I would change: add a few more and/or thicker pillows; a bigger coffee maker because the little 4 cup thing is inadequate for more than 1 person; it’s probably time to replace the table and chairs in the back garden- table is falling apart and the two wooden chairs are really uncomfortable. The garden could be a much more relaxing and inviting space with a furniture upgrade. Also, a dish towel or two in the kitchen would be appreciated and would save on paper towels.

Lovely host - responsive and helpful. The property itself is comfortable, sweet, and in a perfect location for easy access to La Pared and Luquillo's main drag. Lots of convenient places to get coffee, drinks, food. The backyard is a wonderful space and we loved having an outdoor shower!

Only comment is that the kitchen seemed a little light on supplies - soap, silverware.

We had a great time at the Dream Beach House ! It is very close to a nice surfer beach, and for swimmers it is a short walk to the safe part. The house is very nice, clean and convenient, the backyard is great for having breakfast/dinners. There are some old buildings in the surrounding but the neighborhood is very calm and friendly. The surfer restaurant close to the house with its view on the beach is great. Mari and Nacho were very helpful and responsive, thank you so much !

Location good near beaches, clean comfy. Nice courtyard, attentive staff.
