Not the worst place i have stayed in, but... Could not find our Expedia reservation Did not have a towel Did not have water the first night Three flights of stairs to the room-xela is at 7000 feet so stairs are significant Benefits-- close to city center, safe

The rooftop view was spectacular! The help from the staff for arranging transport, guides, hiking trips, food recommendations, was over the top helpful and much appreciated! "Wonderful!"

A nice find! A charming hotel run by a nice family who was so accommodating. The room is small but it had a good wifi and good hot water. There's a little terrace with a nice view. The location is great, too. Walking distance to the main plaza and cathedral and many restaurants nearby. Definitely this is the place we will go back again!!
