Hay un bar a la par del hotel y es un poco difícil descansar y dormir por el ruido la la música

Great location, very nice place, amazing terrace, staff super nice and very accommodating, room was very clean. They have parking available (make arrangements before arrival). Recommended.

El lugar seguro y requiere poco personal, el restaurant es en proceso de habilitarse. Inconveniente con el estacionamiento aunque proveen gratis nocturno en un lugar a una cuadra.

We spent one night here before a trek and appreciated how quiet and comfortable the hotel was. The room was basic but had absolutely everything we needed and there were nice outdoor areas to sit and relax as well.

You are in for a treat if you stay here. Beautiful views, classic historic property with rooftop lounging area. It is located right in the heart of historic downtown Xela. Todo estuvo perfecto. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly as well.

Diana is a gift at this hotel - she is knowledgeable and engaging, and so happy to help. She is engaged, and her enthusiasm is natural - this young woman really should work for herself when she gets the chance! (Management take note for her next raise evaluation!) The hotel is fairly priced, very clean, has sufficient storage on the room and the bathroom has a shelf to put one’s things. The shower took a while to get warm, which is standard here - but once warm, it stayed warm - and the water pressure is excellent. The courtyard is beautiful at night, with white lights illuminating the area - quite romantic. The common bathrooms were kept very clean and the staff were all very gracious, accommodating and hard working. It isn’t five star - but it has a lot going for it! I slept comfortably and love that my window opened. It is very close to the plaza, so a hop, skip and a jump to restaurants, cafes, banks, etc. Diana also gave us good recommendations for food. A job well done!

Spacious room. Staff helpful and courteous.

The room door was made of cloudy glass so any light from the food area downstairs went through the door, illuminating the room a little. A little noisy.
