Lovely property. Great location. Easy access from Airport. The room was spacious abd clean. We arrived early and they accommodated our bags and us as soon as possible. Would definitely return !

A little confusing getting in without a lobby. You must read the emails they send with the access codes so you can open the lock. We fortunately found the housekeeper who helped us get in. It’s all explained in the email but I hadn’t read it

My first impression was awful as I had not been sent any information as to how to get into my room! I wasn’t aware that there was a key safe and I needed various codes to get in. I tried ringing the bell but no reply. Luckily I bumped into a guest who let me in and I then had to phone the staff to get instructions. Once I was in - the room was fine - but it was initially very stressful to think I could get in.

Lack of communication about my stay beforehand and room access

O lugar tem pouca iluminação externa e identificação o que deixa a gente um pouco confusa se chegou, já que fica em uma área com restrição de trânsito.

This guest house was exactly what we needed. We were going to the faculdade das letras the next day to sit an exam. The location was perfect for this and would also be perfect for the airport. The room was clean and comfortable with a kettle for tea and a coffee machine with pods. There was also a bottle of water and some toiletries which we appreciated. We slept very well in the comfy beds You could hear the aircraft, which was noisy outside but well muffled in the room and didn’t disturb us at all. I would stay here again. The check in was well described in the message and we had no problems.

If I was to stay longer I would like to have had somewhere to sit outside that was covered ( it was blowy and raining)
