CENTRALLY LOCATED HAS A GOOD RESTAURANT & BAR GOOD AND NEAT PLACE

BOOKING.COM HAS MENTIONED THAT THE ROOM I BOOKED HAS A BALCONY HOWEVER THERE WAS NO BALCONY IN MY ROOM THE OWNER CONFIRMED THAT NONE OF THE ROOMS HAD A BALCONY ON BEING CONFRONTED THAT AS PER BOOKING.COM IT IS STATED THAT BALCONY IS PRESENT, THE OWNER HAS STATED THAT WE ARE NOT AWARE THAT THE WEBSITE HAS MENTIONED PRESENCE OF BALCONY AND HAS CONFIRMED THAT WE HAVE NEVER COMMUNICATED TO BOOKING.COM THAT OUR PROPERTY HAS BALCONY THIS CREATES CONFUSION AMONGST THE GUESTS AND MISLEADING INFORMATION IS SHARED AMONGST THE TRAVELLER COMMUNITY

It's location is in center of town but with so much of traffic noise, this good became bad

Almost everything Room was cramped and bed was not comfortable For room cleaning next day , they only arranged the bed No removal of utensils or cleaning of washroom or tables

Location is OK near to the central area but it is by the side of an elevated road and surrounding is not very pleasant.

We booked an Executive double bed room and your site was saying it has one more futon bed because of which we booked this room as we were travelling with a baby, but in reality futon bed is not there and Hotel management said they don't have that kind of extra bed in any of their rooms. Parking area is very limited and not adequate to park own vehicles.
