The stairs, being on the third floor at 74years old is not good

"Very Good"

You can walk easily into town and very close to beach.

Parking the car was sometimes impossible, i had to park half a mile away on occasions due to restrictions and very little on street parking space.

"Good central location. Good value. Comfortable for a short stay. On street parking available."

Faint but persistent smell of cigarette smoke in lounge.
