"Hier zou ik terugkomen"

De kamer was naar Japanse normen vrij ruim. Piepkleine badkamer wel en een super kleine frigo. Het bed was het meest comfortabele bed van heel onze reis (5 accommodaties). Personeel was heel vriendelijk en het had een uitstekende ligging om Kyoto te bezoeken. Lag op 10 min wandelen van het hoofdstation en op een paar minuten van de metro. Omgeving was ook heel rustig.

Er waren maar 2 wasmachines en droogkasten voor een heel hotel. Daar bovenop hadden we nog eens voor dat onze natte kleren uit de droogkast waren gehaald…

If you prefer quiet accommodation in Kyoto, this is an excellent choice. It's about a 7-minute walk to the nearest station, and there's a convenience store right next to the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff at reception were responsive and helpful. My single room included a bathtub, and the hotel provided bath salts, which was definitely a nice touch and added to the overall experience.

The hotel was carrying out construction work during my stay, which I was not aware of before checking in. It would be worth checking with the hotel before making a booking. As the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, it provides a small laundry room for guests. However, in my experience, it was quite difficult to use the washing machines, as there were only 2-3 available for all guests.
