Le personnel était très agréable et la chambre était propre. Largement suffisant pour 3 nuits. Pour ceux qui aiment les jeux vidéos, il y avait pleins de consoles en libre accès au rez-de-chaussée. L’hôtel peut également réserver à l’avance des taxis ce qui est pratique pour les escapades.

Rien de particulier.

Staff were all friendly and polite. Breakfast options were healthy and tasty. Laundry facilities, ice and water stations very very handy.

More washing machines or ability to book either one. Observed a guest washing two them one clothing at a time hogging the washing machine

スタッフの方々が若々しく、爽やかに対応いただきました。 ホテル全体がアーティスティックで朝食も美味しかったです。 コンセプトルームの青森ヒバのお風呂やアロマオイルのサービスでゆっくりバスタイムを楽しむことができました。 久々の再訪でしたが、ホスピタリティが上がっていると感じました。

特にありませんが、バス停からやや離れているので、今回荷物は事前に送りました。

This property is beautiful, my room was stunning and exceptional in all ways. The staff were very helpful and kind.

It's around a 10 minute walk to the nearest station as well my only other complaint was the property was under construction though I didn't have any noise complaints. As well my room wasn't accessible for someone who can't go up steps which wasn't in the description.

"獨一無二住宿體驗"

1. 1 樓有各種電玩及藝術展覽，每次回飯店都會經過。這裡彷彿一條淨化隧道，在不到一分鐘的步行路程裡，會先將你在外一整天的疲憊洗去，轉換成回飯店放鬆休息的心情。 2. 1 樓除了上述提到的展覽，還有酒吧和公共空間可以休息放鬆。另外也有提供免費備品跟泡澡浴鹽，特別的是浴鹽可以自己挑選精油滴上去，我拿了一包放在廁所當芳香，要泡澡時隨時可以拿來用，非常方便。 3. 剛入住時感覺裝潢有點復古，後來卻深深愛上這種京都獨有的氣息。像是水龍頭是要用轉的、房間鎖也要用鑰匙，這些復古的小舉動，現在回味起來反而好喜歡。 4. 最後一天因為要移動到大阪，早餐就決定吃飯店的自助餐。這是一家據說連沒有住宿的旅客也會特地來吃的早餐，品項滿多樣化的，推薦給久沒吃蔬菜的人，來這裡可以好好補充。 5. 飯店每天都會清潔房間，並提供新的毛巾及睡衣，非常讚！而且我滿喜歡室內空間的配置，桌子、椅子和鏡子都很有設計感，真的很有屬於自己小空間的感覺，是這次獨旅住的三間住宿中最喜歡的一間。
