Bad, Küche, Betten okay - trotzdem unsauberer Gesamteindruck, abgewohnte Ausstattung, keine Untertassen, keine Küchenmesser betriebsbereite (!), laufende Kamera (russisches Fabrikat) auf dem Schrank gefunden

Appartements are huge and clean

The window was broken and didn’t close. So one room was not for sleeping

Gut ausgestattet, geräumig, sauber und ordentlich

Close to daily need such as cafe restaurant and grocery. Modern facilities inside the apartment

Old building without lift, we had to climb up 4 floors to our room, with higher than average stairs. Building is dirty and dark in the night. Building door was not locked so everybody can easily get into the building, eventhough in the instruction there is a code to open the door. Light in the living room is too dark. The higher floor apartments are not good for children or people who have difficulties to climb high stairs.

O apartamento é excelente, muito limpo e organizado, com todos os acessórios de cozinha que precisamos. Foi muito fácil encontrar, entrar e me comunicar com o proprietário. A localização é ótima, fomos a pé para o centro histórico e também para os bares da cidade nova. Descendo na estação Dresden Neuestadt se pode chegar a pé também no apartamento. Quando eu voltar a Dresden certamente ficarei neste mesmo lugar.

A desvantagem do apartamento de frente é sofrer um pouco com o barulho dos bondes. Mas, durante a noite, há pouco ou nenhum bonde passando.
