Excellent place to stay.

Breakfast was good. liked the buffet style. the sausages were very good quality

Original booking was switched to Micheal hall. The facilities and rooms in this location were not as good as the ones i originally booked. I think it is bad policy for a hotel to decide to close because an event has been cancelled and then telling people at short notice that the booking has been transferred to a different location, even if the new location is next door the facilities are not the same. When booking in I was informed that breakfast started at 08:00 whereas it turned out breakfast was available from earlier.

The facilities were nice and clean. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfortable enough. Heated towel rail in the bathroom was nice because it kept the bathroom warm. The staff were lovely and the food was good.

My first night it took almost 2 hours to find the hotel. There should be more signs for it. Other then that there really wasn't anything to complain about.

The fax that tv wont connext to the internet and also internet wasent conneting i have to wifi from ky phone

First stay at Cranfield. Lovely quite hotel out of the way . Facilities were excellent and the breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. Will stop again if travelling in the area.

Enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna.

Reception staff were rude on checking in

Met expectations - as a commuting worker / student - it is an ideal location on campus for short stays. The gym facilities are reasonable, and the breakfast is top notch.

The rooms are a little inconsistent throughout all of my stays so some variance in space and quality - but cleanliness & the likes are always great.
