Property good, staff excellent

They closed the hotel on Sunday, and moved us to the hotel next door, Mitchell hall. Which didn’t have aircon..! And dy compared to management development centre. Think it was a money saving exercise. Nothing much we could do about it we needed some where to stay,

Bedroom was clean and well maintained, only down fall was the bar was shut very early. So no option for a drink before bed.

Central location to where we needed to be

We both had the worst sleep ever! Bed was so uncomfortable that we were exhausted the next day. I can’t recall the last time we had such a dreadful sleep in a hotel bed! English Breakfast was terrible, everything was overcooked and disgusting. I just had toast in the end. One towel in the room even though I checked in 2 people.
