La maison est spacieuse pour 10 personnes. La piscine et la vue sont top !!

Non loin de la plage, mais le chemin est impraticable à pied! Il faut marcher sur une nationale très passante! Lors de la réservation , il n’est pas précisé que lon est limiter à l’utilisation de l’électricité et de l’eau! C’est très désagréable de devoir faire attention à la Clim, surtout dans un pays chaud ! Au risque de payer un surplus ! Une maison pour 10 personnes avec une utilisation à 50kw est très désagréable , et c’est bien dommage !!

Roof leaks in the kitchen on the bottom floor when washing machine is on. Air con doesn't work. Dirty matress toppers with stains all over it🤢 Dead batteries for most remotes. Fast up the hill with nothing around so you need to catch a cab everywhere. One tea spoon of sugar for your entire stay as well as one not full roll of toilet paper on each toilet. They charge almost 8000 baht per night and makes you pay electricity and water. Extent extremely overpriced unit in not a great location. Fine for a big family if you don't mind catching a cab every time you want to go out or need anything, but in my opinion, you will find much better for much cheaper!

We was met by a friendly staff member who got us in to the property but was not actually the manager, as we had been travelling so long we requested a 6pm meet with the manager, to pay the security deposit (we arrived at midday) so we could get some rest and this was honoured by the manager. He sent water and electric metre reading in advance and was a real nice guy. The size of this place under sells it's self, bottom floor has a huge living room, toilet and kitchen, with table top oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, stencils of a good quantity and a machine with fresh drinking water, with spares and outside balcony, second floor has 1 huge double bedroom with ensuite shower and bath, round the corner, are 2 further double bedrooms (both with a balcony) of a good size and another toilet and shower, 3rd floor has a large double bedroom with balcony, another shower in the hall and a huge loft like living room with fantastic views out over Kata and the sea and the big Buddha, this is from the living area combined with the very large top balcony. There is a washing room, washing machine is great and has maidens to hang clothes. All the house is decorated to a decent standard. The house/villa has Aircon throughout.

If I'm being really petty, I would of liked a lamp in the loft living room but I used the bedroom lamp. If it's a totally relaxing family holiday you want, this is for you... However, even if you want to venture out to the night markets, download a app called Bolt, for your standard taxi, XL taxis or even just a motorcycle, Kata beach was usually 121 to 180 baht, so always less than £5.00 between the whole family (we took turns) patong beach was less than 300 baht and these taxis normally arrive in 4 mins on average, so going out is not a dislike of the property, however it's location is suited more if you hire a car or use taxis. For food download Grab app, lots of restaurants, with the stuff the kitchen offers you can easily eat in.

No se puede ir andando a la playa!para moverse hay que coger taxi pero hay una cafetería al lado que está genial

Nice and clean property with a great view. Good for family. They were also stocked with drinking water, toilet paper and toiletries (unlike past reviews)

The sofa beds were not comfortable. However, the team accomodated and sent a replacement mattress on request.
