"Great stay"

Great hotel! We stayed for 5 nights visiting family. The hotel is in a great location, Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and had plenty of space. We asked for a room refresh on the 3rd day, expecting to just have our trash taken out and new towels, but the housekeeper, Nora, completely cleaned everything and did a wonderful job. We are very thankful for her! Very good amenities and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good every morning. This hotel will definitely be our go-to place whenever we are in town!

The only thing that was a problem was the shower design. The shower is large but only has a glass panel on half of it. No matter how we tried to adjust the shower head, there would be water all over the floor, and we had to use all of our towels to mop it up. Poor design choice. If you are planning to stay here for a while, I recommend running on down to the Dollar General and purchasing a long tension rod and cheap shower curtain!

"great if i ever come back to kingsville i would use this hotel again."

breakfast was good but coffee could have been better.

let me first say the AC worked and not bad but the it seemed like when i set the tempature at night to the setting i wanted it didnt feel like that tempature so i had set it a lot lower. i think the thermostat isnt working rigth. However not to scare anyone i did have comfotrable tempatrue it worked.

"room was clean, but not a great breakfast for a one night stay"

great bar and drink specials, great for an extended stay if you will be cooking your own meals

staff wasn't very informative or forthcoming with information. overpriced for the area, breakfast was awful
