The breakfast was the positive in the stay.

The room smelled of food. The floor was dirty; footprints all over it; the top of refrigerator dusty-it’s short enough to easily see and it’s right at the door to room. The entire bathroom mirror was dirty/streaked top to bottom - like from a wet rag. Disgusting!!! The bed was actually ok but after seeing everywhere that had not been cleaned or cleaned disgustingly I did not sleep well because I could only think I was sleeping in USED sheets. My visit was NOT to the standards of what Marriott should be. Front desk - there is a sign stating to call a number to get the clerk. We were not the only people looking for the clerk. Extremely disappointed!

We stayed two nights. Old coffee with mold floating on top. Used and dried out coffee filter still in the top of coffee maker. They offered to come clean it but damage was already done in my opinion. Shampoo bottle was completely empty in shower dispenser on wall. Breakfast provided had very limited items and when they ran out it was not replenished unless requested which delayed our departure for the day. This included coffee which I consider a breakfast staple. This was hour before breakfast was even supposed to be over at 9am.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. So friendly and very helpful. Very good location. We always enjoy our stays here.

Don't like the shower design.

The location is good to hop onto Hwy 77 for our travels.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 9:00 pm. In trying to open the room door it had an indoor lock set as if someone was there. I alerted the front desk and I was told the latch may have flipped and they came to manually unlock we walk in and the room is Half way clean. A young lady asked if I was ok to wait while she made the bed and my reply was No, I want a different room. She had us wait by room to go get a different room key. She returns with a new room key and asks us to follow her. Does not help in pushing the cart as a courtesy. Both my sister and I are over 60 yrs. Old My sister is handicapped using a cane. We get to the new room and she opens the door to make sure it is clean. She says it is Clean and hands us the Room key and walks away. Again, no assistance in getting into the room or asking if she can take the cart downstairs. All this took 30 minutes to get to our room. I travel for my work and this was an extremely a disappointing stay. We were willing to pay more for a room to get an upgraded hotel stay and it turned out to be a nightmare. Driving for 7 hours then having our room not ready and for the staff to be so uncaring was needless to say disappointing Experience.
