Nothing, very relaxing

Great hotel with great staff We just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Overall it was very good, but there are a couple of important things families should know. What we loved: · Brand new, very clean apartments – we had a two-bedroom unit with a kitchen, so we could cook anything we wanted for the children. · Excellent location – close to many nice restaurants, the sea, and the on-site pools are great for both small kids and adults. · Direct pool access from our apartment – very convenient. · Friendly and helpful staff – they listened to our wishes and helped us throughout our stay. A note about the sea entrance (for families): Right by the apartments, the sea entrance has large, sharp rocks. You will need special rubber/water shoes. Because of this, we drove to a sandy beach in Rethymno instead. Important safety warning – hot water: The hot water in the apartment comes out extremely hot – almost boiling. when we first arrived, it was turned to the hot water and our child turned it and got a minor burn on the hand. We reported this to the hotel, and they said they would take note of it. Please be very careful with the hot water tap and check the direction before letting children use it. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay, but future guests – especially families – should be aware of the hot water and rocky beach entrance.

It was really clean and lovely friendly staff always eager to help. Definitely recommend this hotel with its lovely decor.
