The staff came across specifically when eating. This was actually appreciated

Central location for going to my daughters wedding at Pembrooke lodge, Richmond Park.

Very welcoming staff at reception including the lovely girl who generously carried my bags up to our room. A very Beautiful bathroom Nice bar within the hotel for pre dinner drinks Air conditioning in room

The bedroom lacked any real substance, stained carpets a badly damaged wooden desk placed under the window making it impossible to physically open the window. No where to place our clothing, chest of drawers would have been really appreciated. The small wardrobe space and two shelves were filled with coffee & tea making equipment, and other bits and bobs. Photo attached. It may be that they are in the midst of a room renovation and chose to do the bathrooms first? We chose one of the most expensive rooms for our two night stay but the standard of the room did not at all reflect the price that we paid so felt really quite disappointed in the quality of room and the overall value for money. Maybe once the rooms have been upgraded we may return.

We stayed at the Richmond Hill Hotel the night before and after our wedding. I only mentioned it to them to ask for a later check out, but wow they took this piece of information and totally ran with it and treated us and our guests like royalty during our entire stay!! The staff could not have been nicer, they gave us a stunning room, and nothing was too much to ask for! The beds are incredibly comfortable, as are the bathrooms. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Even my parents, who have very high standards, are still raving about their stay. In terms of location, you are right by the most beautiful view of Richmond for a stroll, Thank you again for making our stay even more memorable and incredible than expected! We'll be sure to be back for anniversaries :)

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly staff checked us in a bit early, and we enjoyed a snack in the bar and a cocktail while waiting. Very convenient to the Thames riverside and the terrace garden. Responded quickly about a forgotten item and held it for us at checkout. Nice people!

Bar staff shouldnt be allowed to work in hospitality - and the guys on reception not much better. The lady the next morning was outstanding, but it was too late for me.
