I had a very disappointing experience staying here. Apparently, on a Sunday morning it is considered acceptable to start drilling into the ceiling and walls at 07:25 in the room I was staying in. The noise was so extreme that it felt like they were using a jackhammer inside my room, trying to tear down the entire wall. It is unbelievable that they rent out rooms while carrying out this kind of construction work. There was no warning, no consideration, and absolutely no respect for guests. A VERY BIG FAIL for MySuites!!!!

The main area is pleasant and the beds themselves are super spacious with room for all your belongings even though they provide large lockers.

My room was completely male heavy, the bathroom doors were pretty much see through, smelled, I was top bunk and when the light was turned on - the fan was so incredible loud with the direct light on me.

Ants in the bed Faulty lights Mouldy, musty damp strong odour Unclean linen and extremely uncomfortable and lumpy pillows Bad bathroom design , nowhere to hang a towel or put toiletries. Bad drainage and the water leaked out of the shower into the hall. They are obviously aware of the unnadessed drainage issue because they have air fresheners all over the unit. Which did nothing to mask the putrid smell

I highly recommend it to solo travelers! Friendly and helpful staff, ready to help with any questions that arise! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, food shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance! The air conditioners, toilet and shower were working properly. Regular cleaning was carried out :)

Ne rien attendre du personnel : il n'y a jamais personne présent au bureau de la réception, aucune information donnée. J'ai demandé des adresses pour manger à la réceptionniste au moment du check-in qui devait revenir vers moi, je n'ai jamais eu de retour (en sachant que le prix des restaurants aux alentours pour des plats locaux est plus élevé qu'ailleurs au Vietnam). Impossible de dormir sur un des lits du dessus car la lumière commune du dortoir était au-dessus de mon lit, j'ai demandé à changer de lit par mail, quelqu'un m'a répondu que le changement se ferait le lendemain mais rien n'a été fait. Les draps tachés. Aussi, les parois et la porte de la salle de bains (toilette et douche) sont semies transparentes. Depuis la salle de bain, je voyais la couleur du coussin d'un des lits du dortoir, on peut donc voir plus ou moins un corps nu, ce qui pose des problèmes d'intimité, notamment pour un dortoir mixte...
