"Stay was amazing staff very helpful I was on crutches and they carried my bags up and down super nice"

I booked through booking.Com and then paid cash for the room when I checked in. Booking.Com still took my money I PAID DOUBLE!! I know nobody can help me so I will NEVER use booking.Com again and I’m telling all my friends…and I have thousands !
