Excellent but internet was a bit iffy

The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. My complaint was about the absurd noises and door slamming coming from flats neighboring mine. The noises subsided but for the duration of my week’s long stay, they never fully ceased. The sweat smelling sheets and pillows left on the queen's bed, the mold smell coming from the washer machine, the lack of a utensils' holder in the dishwasher, the fact they did not leave any milk for coffee and tea in the refrigerator as it is customary, the lack of not even double pane windows allowing inside the overwhelmingly unpleasant noise from delusional drivers with super loud engines and psycho bikers driving by at regular intervals. All detracted from what could have been a more satisfactory stay. The windows and their see through curtains did not allow for privacy. The hot water was never enough for a bath, only for quick showers. They were stingy with supplies such as soap for the dishwasher, for the washer, with the toilet paper and also with the overly perfumed toiletries. The minute I opened my door when checking out, misguided people started to pop in front of me in hopes I would buy whatever they were selling. Some of them were scary. As I waited for my taxi, weird yet familiar noises kept coming from the apartments downstairs, which was highly undesirable. It could have been a lot better.

Good value accommodation. Will stay again. Close to local shops and restaurants. Great location. Quiet. Good WiFi.

Comfortable bed, good quality toiletries, well equipped, reliable, fast WiFI, good location for Farnborough airport.

Flat itself was fine - no issues really. Communication, not so much...: Unfortunately, upon arriving at the apartments I had not received any detail on how to check in. I called the number for the apartment check in, multiple times. I waited almost an hour in the snow, repeatedly calling until someone picked up. Finally, they emailed through a covid survey, however asked me to stand outside and fill it in before passing over the codes for the doors.

Cleanliness was good. I was very disappointed that the property did not have a balcony which was noted on the property details. That is the reason I chose the apartment so was was disappointed that there was not a balcony. In fact the apartment was pretty dark with no bedroom windows and only 2 small windows in the sitting room. The check in was also poor as I was not sent the email with check in instructions so I had to call the property to find out which apartment we were staying in and how to access, which took about 1/2 hour.

The property was clean, tidy and good value

Easy to access and well stocked.

Excellent stay. Good location. Could have been improved by having air con installed, other than that it was perfect.
