Cozy water front Montreal

The property was ok but the description ‘luxury condo’ is an over statement. I was not comfortable because the unit was crowded with personal belongings that you don’t want to touch. 3rd story walk up with no elevator so not for those who don’t like stairs. There were also unexpected additional costs - the host claimed that the information and confirmation from Expedia was actually not accurate… ?? … so I could either pay the extra $200 or cancel … just hours before my arrival ! ! 😟 Overall I would definitely not recommend - it was not what I was expecting.

The apartment was on the third floor, no elevator. The home was very cluttered. The location was wonderful, right across the street from the St. Lawrence River and the lovely riverside bike path. Free parking was excellent. The owner was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. Good restaurants and a grocery store are nearby.

It was big beds where soft bathroom was nice and big nice view no cable no ac like said there food ever where plastic on everything their stuff was everywhere

Property was NOT as advertised. Very dirty, untidy, bugs everywhere, broken furniture, stains. Advertisement mentions “free breakfast”, I think the owner meant “expired food in the fridge” . Absolutely disgusting! I have pictures to prove. This property owner should be removed from all travel booking sites. Reached out to the owner, and she is ignoring my messages. I already have a claim filed with Travelocity to get my money back.
