Kubu Gajah Villas

Okolica spokojna. Sypialnie dosyć przestronne. Wielkość basenu wystarczająca ale tylko dwa leżaki na cztery osoby. Personel bardzo uprzejmy, lecz powolny w reakcji.

Po przybyciu duża część żarówek była przepalona, personel uzupełnił dopiero drugiego dnia. W kuchni przydałby się ekspres do kawy, ilość sztućców, talerzy i szklanek jest niewystarczająca dla czterech osób, brakuje porządnych dużych noży. Najważniejszą sprawą była dziurawa pościel. Dom ma piękną główną sypialnię ale to czego doświadczyliśmy całkowicie zepsuło jej urok. Codziennie obsługa sprzątająca dom widziała porwaną pościel, ale nie raczyła jej wymienić.

I was met at the gate, small office located at entrance, Tony showed me to the villa, to the safe and provided a gallon water drum with pump ( for a small fee ) 4 free water bottles are also provided every day. Initially I was staying on my own and Tony ensured I had everything I needed and we arranged what time Villa could be cleaned etc day and if I required that service each day. The free pedal bikes to use, (most with child seats attached) was a bonus. Great area to relax poolside and covered nearly all day in sunshine, pool was great, spa bath great option too. I felt safe and comfortable on my own, my husband arrived a few days later and also received a friendly welcome. Tony and the team do a fantastic job at ensuring your needs are met.

Nothing to dislike as such, the bathrooms are a little ‘tired’ but the rest of the villa was great, sofa was a little uncomfortable to lounge on but lots of cushions rectified this. Needed a washing line or clothes maiden as it was rusty, but managed to dry clothes elsewhere. Walk to Main Street was dark and a bit uneven on the road in areas but never felt unsafe walking alone. I used torch phone in these areas.

Very comfortable beds, staff were very friendly and helpful and great location for shopping and restaurants.

There was hair floating in the pool and Villa wasn’t very clean windows weren’t clean and rubbish under the beds.

The property well maintained plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable. Very good swimming pool. A good five minute walk and you were on the main street for cafes and restaurants.

Wonderful stay, gorgeous clean villa and a brilliant location. There was ample space for our family of 4, the pool was clean and a great size. Beds were comfortable and amenities in the villa excellent. All of the staff were wonderful and friendly. Lots within easy walking distance but the villa was down a nice quiet street. We will definitely be back!

Location of the villa and on a quite street. Small complex of villas and very private. The villa was very easy to use and having two bedrooms with their own bathroom made it easy for the family.

The cleanliness of the water in the pool and when the circulating pump was off. The water didn't look good. Also it appears that the villa from the nearby complex had a water pump for the pool (not sure on this) but it worked not stop making it hard for us to sleep in the night

il n'y a pas eu de housekeeping (chambre pas nettoyée ), pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel mais pas très grave

The location was handy to the main shops - though slightly off the beaten track (5 minute walk) and approximately 12 minutes to Sanur Beach promenade. Tony and the other cleaning staff were very respectful and friendly. We always felt safe, secure and very private in our villa. My wife and I highly recommend it.

Having our own private pool, the bed was comfortable & having our own private space.

We did arrive a bit early 15 minutes before our checkin but we had to wait 30 to 45 minutes because the previous people had a late checkout so we had to wait for them to leave before we could occupy the villa. The room was "tidy" but not very clean. The walls in the shower could do with a decent scrub & the bathroom could of done with a thorough deep cleaning. My husband found rice in the sink in the kitchen from the previous occupants who had a late checkout. The heat pump in the lounge was set at 16 degrees but the heat coming out of it was way warmer than 16 degrees (seriously needs to be serviced) or fixed. Communication between one of the staff was a bit challenging (not Tony) it was his friend. I informed the staff member that the bathroom liquid soap & bodywash was running low, thinking he would come & top it up. I waited a while & I had to take the items to him to top up.
