Great location, gorgeous villa, great staff.

Location

Water pump behind villa was really noisy all night on a 30 sec timer meant I could not sleep and had to sleep in the twin too downstairs a real shame

Was a great place staff were so friendly

The stairs were so steep it made it uncomfortably if you have sore joint

Clean and bright, traditional touches, lovely pool, spacious rooms.

From the moment we arrived (at 2am due to a flight delay) the beautiful staff at Kubu Gajah Villas treated us like family. The next morning when our water wasn’t working, within 10 minutes Tony had a team of people working to have it fixed. The villas are also perfectly located within easy walking distance of dozens of restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. We were very sad to have to leave here at the end of our stay.

The property is excellent for families! Walking distance to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants to choose from! We loved having our own space with our own pool and spa bath. The villa gets cleaned and towels changed every day and the laundry service they provide is excellent! Kristna organises airport transfers at a reasonable rate and she is always on hand to answer any questions or assist with any request! The staff are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful.

There are a few items that are a bit old and dated which should really be upgraded. The swing chair is heavily corroded and the parasol is covered in mould.

The pool was green and could not be used .the doors did not lock ,the place was not clean, there was no hot tub as per listed. There was not enough hot water to even cover the bottom of the bath. complained to the manager and they wanted to argue giving us three definitions of a hot tub from the oxford dictionary ! totally not happy!
