Great motel style property.

I liked our spacious room with King and Queen sized beds. I also appreciate that there are laundry facilities available for guests to use. The bagged breakfast was very good as well. A good place to stay while we visited Waterton Lakes Park, Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump, Fort Macleod and Lethbridge.

The room was very clean and comfortable , and much larger than expected.

These wouldn’t stop me from staying there again, but they were things I didn’t necessarily like. The bathroom was a bit tight fitting. There wasn’t much shampoo and soap offered in the room for two people - very small samples.

We stayed for 1 night after exploring the Waterton area. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet during the night. The take-away breakfast was very nice and it sustained us throughout the day.

The location for our needs was good.

The decor is shabby and dated. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The breakfast provided was paltry, particularly compared to what we’ve received at competitors.

Motel is old. Can hear guests in next room. However staff is nice. Grab and go breakfast is good. Free laundry if you need it. Sports bar next door for food

I used the Pincher creek as a lower cost option to Waterton, yes you have a drive in from there but you save money and this place was clean, quiet and had easy access to shop and few places to eat. the only down side for me is that they do provide a breakfast but its in a take away bag

The location and furnishing of the rooms was good

The first room we were given had a strong cigarette smell. We phoned down to the front desk and informed them and asked if we could switch to another room. We were met with questions such as “well have you sat on the bed yet” ? We said no, and they said they did have another one available so we went down with our belongings to switch. The front desk clerk was nice but there was a man (I’m assuming a manager of some kind) who had come from the bar area behind the desk as we were coming down the stairs saying that the window must have been open and it was wildfire smoke (it was closed, and there was no smoke in the air). And when I approached the desk started very angrily telling us that “well you can’t just switch rooms we’re fully booked, you’ll have to find somewhere else to stay” in a really very aggressive tone. I found this very odd and not useful as we had already ensured there was another room for us to go to. And the front desk clerk said yes he did have a room for us. The man again beaked off for a bit and angrily told us we need to go check for a smell in the next room before we could be given keys. Which we did. All in all very very odd rude manager. Front desk clerk was good. I had a cluster of bites on my leg the next morning but didn’t look it up until we got home. Most likely that was bed bugs. The packed lunches thing they had for breakfast were a muffin, yogurt, apple, juice box and a granola bar.
