"Thank you for looking after my mother."

I can’t thank the staff enough. We had a long flight and my mother is battling cancer; they made everything possible to make my mother comfortable and an early check-in so she could rest after a long flight. The location is perfect: basically at the Gran Vía. Everything was perfect. They have fans, which helps a lot during hot days.

Ottima posizione staff gentilissimo pulizia eccellente

Camere piccoline e veramente minimal. Non ci andate se avete il sonno leggero praticamente chi abita affianco e come se fosse nella vostra stanza. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra chiusa purtroppo
