Una experiencia maravillosa en el Hotel Rural Sabariz. Viajando como persona celíaca, muchas veces resulta complicado encontrar opciones seguras, pero aquí superaron todas mis expectativas. Sin haber avisado con antelación, Zoran y Sara tuvieron el increíble detalle de prepararme un desayuno adaptado, incluyendo unas deliciosas tortitas sin gluten. El desayuno, como se puede ver en las fotos, fue abundante, variado y de gran calidad: fruta fresca, embutidos, queso, yogur y ese toque casero que marca la diferencia. Todo cuidado al detalle y con una presentación preciosa. Pero más allá de la comida, lo que realmente hace especial este lugar es el trato cercano y atento de sus dueños. Se nota que ponen cariño en cada pequeño gesto y hacen que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento.
