Location

There were cockroaches, the toilet was leaking and smelly. The aircon was leaking in the living room.

Very nice apartment

The emergency contact was non existent. I call there number and sent emails at 06.30 and they did not arrive until 10.10. My passport and backpack were locked in the room so I had missed my flight home and I had to pay for another night in Lisbon and a new flight home.

The location. And it was clean

We spent 7 days with the same bed sheet and towels that was ridiculous. Never mentioned the washing machines had problems, and it took 3 days to respond. Even the handyman struggled to operate it properly.

I generally liked the apartment, its size, its location and most of its facilities.

However, the air conditioning did not work, when we came on a really hot day. Luckily, the staff fixed it the next day. The last day in the last two hours there was no water in all the taps, so I could not take a shower, make much coffee or wash the last dishes...

Location Size of apartment

1. No toilet papers, soap or anything like that 2. One of 4 beds had almost like hole in a middle so my back didnt stop hurt for 7 days 3. When we wrote about checkout no one answered so we had to walk to their office (2km) to give them keys and we got deposit back after 4 days instead immediately 4. Of course images on the booking are like 10 years old, you will notice that as soon as you enter the apartment

Convenient location, very spacious apartment, great view from the window. Clean rooms and fresh sheets.

Unclear address of the building. In booking address it says 41 but on the building 37 so if the personnel didn’t show me the building on Google street view I wouldn’t know where it was.

This property was not ready to be on the market the apartment was not like the pictures
