"NIE WIEDER - Katastrophe!"

Die Lage war ganz schön, auch wenn man das Auto nehmen musste weil es sehr abgelegen lag. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung und das Konzept mit den Zimmernamen nach Edelsteinen war schön.

Direkt nach Bauarbeiten (offensichtlich am selben Tag morgens erst beendet) Zimmer zu vergeben war eine Frechheit. Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig, weisse Fussabdrücke vor allem im Bad, Farbreste verstreut auf dem Boden. Farbabdrücke auf dem Bett und Farbreste und Kabelreste im Mülleimer. Nach Reklammation wurde nur gefegt, damit war das Problem dann "behoben". Der Fernseher, auch neu angeschlossen offenbar, funktionnierte nicht. "Da kann ich aktuell nichts machen. Nehmen Sie ihr Smartphone". Bitte?? Aber das Geld zu nehmen ging?! Leider wurde das Geld im Voraus abgebucht (die wussten wohl genau warum) Die Dusche brühend heiss (die Temperaturregulatur war defekt) Ekelaschenbecher mit alten Zigaretten (offensichtlich schon älter) zerstörte die Aussicht auf dem Balkon) Nach mehrfacher Beschwerde kam keine Entschuldigung und eine lamentable Rückerstattung von 15% sowie 10 Eurto Gutscheine, die kein Shop in der Stadt annahm. Der Inhaber war sehr arrogant und man fühlte sich null ernstgenommen. Sehr unbemüht und unfähig...
