InKuta Residence and Villa

The location was very good and the care taker of the property helped us with everything. All in all it was not what we thought after looking up online but we only used the hotel for getting ready and taking rest at night so it was fine. But I think there are plenty good options available at this price in Kuta, Semniyak and Changu so please look for other options.

There was no lift so taking luggage to the room was a task. The pictures online didn't exactly met the reality, lighting was not that good. The property was pretty old so the door knobs, sockets and other things were not functioning properly.

The shower was flooded after use

I was comfortable, very friendly and caring staff, there are a few cafes nearby, but if you want more, it's quite a short drive. Internet in my room was not perfect but enough for full work and calls, also a comfortable desk and chair. The shower and bathroom are clean. The bed is large and comfortable.

In my room, the window faced the shared kitchen, and for the sense of privacy it was always closed, so I had little light in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂, great location and facilities.

Honestly, I don't know what some of these other reviews are about. That was not my experience at all! Ever since arriving, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and at a great price. The residence was in a nice quiet area but still very close to the action in Seminyak. The wifi worked perfectly, the other guests I met there were lovely, and the pool was fantastic.

Nothing! The stay was great. I'll definitely be staying there again.

Staff the most. Very friendly and always with a smile, ready to help.

1. Part of the apartment have two holes in the roof I don't know what is the reason, maybe for ventilation. 2. Air conditioner control remote it doesn't work. 3. When you take a shower, water comes out and the floor could be slippery. The rest was okay.

It looked nothing like the photos. The furniture, mattress and bedding all looked and felt about 30 years old. The whole place felt grimy dirty and dilapidated. It was so bad my partner and I didn’t stay there a single night. We had to sort other accommodation. We had booked 2 rooms - our friends were in the room next door and decided to stay there (they had been travelling Asia and were used to hostels and low quality rooms). They agreed it was really bad - apparently the showers didn’t drain properly, the water rose up out of the drain! The bidet gun sprayed water that smelt so vile you couldn’t use it - it smelt of stagnant sulphur water. There were holes in the ceiling covered by bits of plastic. They were contemplating booking other accommodation too but it was hard to find anything affordable over NYE! To make it worse it is no where near anything decent in Seminyak.
