Italienisches Frühstück war schon bei der Ankunft vorbereitet.

Zuerst die Anfahrt, von der Straße zum Parkplatz ist eine enge Straße, am letzten Stück setzte der Wagen mehrmals auf die Steine, die Unterkunft ist nur über mehrere Stufen zu erreichen. Zimmer nicht wie auf den Bildern, man kann nicht von eine Bad sprechen, hier gibt es defekte Schiebetür, die Toilette ist fast im Schlafraum. Frühstücksecke gut, Kochnische auch, aber die Töpfe, Pfannen sind uralt. Gesamte Unterkunft, obwohl es mehrere Heizkörper gibt, ziemlich kalt. Böden abgenutzt, Decke mit Feuchtflecken und hängenden Tapeten. Es ist einiges noch verbesserungswürdig. Nicht empfehlenswert für diesen Preis.

La proximité par rapport au port de Gênes. L'établissement est dans une zone calme.

L'etablissement, la chambre et la salle de bain sont veillissant, faudra penser à faire des travaux rapidement.
