Niestety ale obiekt pobrał z naszej karty kredytowej kwotę 65 euro na sprzątanie kuchni " wie bereits im Voraus informiert, wurden die 65 € für die Küchenreinigung von der Schadenskaution einbehalten." Informacja odnośnie kaucji wysokości 100 euro dotyczyła uszkodzeń a nie usługi sprzątania kuchni jest to nie akceptowalne i wręcz jest to nadużyciem ze strony obiektu aby pobierać opłatę za sprzątanie bez wcześniejszego poinformowania nas o tym fakcie o ile kaucja na poczet uszkodzeń jest dla nas czyś zrozumiałym to absurdem jest samowolne ściąganie opłaty za sprzątanie jest dla nas nieakceptowalne. Obiekt nie poinformował nas o tym ani nie otrzymaliśmy wskazówek gdzie należy wyrzucić śmieci z kosza na śmieci
