"Needs improvement "

Bathroom is very small. Bath tub needs new caulking. Walls are very thin. I could hear next door room TV and people's conversation.

"Cozy little place"

So easy to drive back to SDC without getting in traffic! Was able to cook breakfast and hang with friends.

Beds were a little small but no big deal to us!

Older property away from the hustle and bustle of Branson but still close enough to everything. Enjoyed the quiet peaceful setting and having the kitchenette allowed us to cook whenever we wanted instead of going to restaurants

Very clean. Great value for what we need and excellent location to SDC. Owners onsite and accommodating to anything we need. This is our third year in a row to stay over Veteran’s Day weekend, and will continue to be our home away from home for vacation getaway.
