무엇보다 위치가 가장 괜찮았고 물도 프런트에 있어 편했습니다. 맨션을 개조한 느낌이라 한층에 방이 몇개 없더라구요 그래서 조용한 편이라 좋았습니다.

엘리베이터에서 냄새가 나요! 그리고 방이 좁은 편이라 2인보다 1인이 사용하기 편한 사이즈였습니다.
