Agriturismo Casetta I

Bardzo fajnie miejsce. Polecam każdemu. Cisza, spokój, fajne widoki i oczywiście basen, który robi robotę. Mała, klimatyczna agroturystyka z chyba 5 pokojami.

Restauracja bardzo ładna z pięknym widokiem ale menu mogło by być bardziej zróżnicowane. Wtedy na pewno częściej bym tam bywał. W pierwszy dzień trafiliśmy na święto 15.08 i przygotowane było specjalne menu za 45 euro i to było pyszne (cztery czy pięć dań podawanych jedno po drugim). W kolejny dzień korzystaliśmy już ze standardowej karty i........, dwa dania były fajne kaczka na przystawkę i tatar z trzech rodzajów ryb. Reszta, czyli jakieś 4 potrawy ...., do wymiany...... No i te komary, muszki ....:(

A true hidden gem!!! Agriturismo Casetta has great amenities, a beautiful pool with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan Valley. Their restaurant's food and drinks are also amazing and their staff were very professional and kind. We will come back to Agriturismo Casetta in the future.

The pool was a bonus when traveling with teenage boys. The location was a short drive from town but you still feel like you are in the heart of Tuscany.

Our accommodation apartment was very basic. (leonardo) Nothing special. The pictures and restaurant menu did put us a bit under a false impression about the accommodation. The breakfast (only from 8am) was nothing special (the boiled eggs were out of the fridge) The coffee was cold.(croissants were freshly baked) Sadly of the three days we opted not to have breakfast again (even tough it was included)We never had dinner as the menu offers only high end cuisine, I am sure would be awesome, but teenage boys would be grumpy (lol)

The apartment smelled musty and had flying bugs inside. Bedding was clean but seemed very old. Bathroom was equipped for handicap.

View was amazing. Pool and seating around the pool was outstanding. We had a room with two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with two singles — perfect for a family with two kids. We enjoyed visiting other small towns in the area outside of the major tourist area of Florence. We took a day trip to Florence on the train from Empoli which was just a 30 minute ride. It was very convenient and wonderful to come back to the pool after a hot day of sight-seeing!

It would be nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast.
