"Estancia mejorable"

Había bastante restaurantes, comercios cerca. El paseo marítimo y carril bici. Aparcamiento zona naranja, cada mañana y cada tarde pagas el estacionamiento y con miego de coger el coche por si no encuentras sitio a la vuelta.

El piso antiguo, había hormigas, el sofácama regulero. Para que entrara fresquito por la terraza dejamos abierto porque no hay aire acondicionado pero había farolas que iluminaban demasiado y, si cerrábamos cortinas no entraba aire. Había ventilador, antiguo y por tanto ruidoso.

"Buen apartamento, con buenas vistas"

Vistas, ubicación, el apartamento, el aire acondicionado.

Las ventanas de los dormitorios dan al portal interior, donde pasan los vecinos y justo el dormitorio de matrimonio da al ascensor. La piscina es pequeña, abierta a la calle con lo cual te ven, a parte el horario de acceso es corto.
