Waterfront Inn

Mike the manager is so Professional and perfect gentleman. He managed to let us check in early as we only had ten hours of quality time with our family coming in from Timmins. He's better than any other person working in one of Toronto s big hotel's. Good restaurant attached.

Great staff Clean Attached restaurant was great

My husband and I travel a lot and this is without a doubt one of the best places to stay . It is clean, comfortable and spacious.The staff are exemplary…from check in to the preparation of the continental breakfast (prepared with covid restrictions ) to the maids who also had restrictions. The restaurant is fantastic . We ate there often and enjoyed wonderful room service. ! The view from our balcony was the ultimate best ..such a beautiful lake with a boardwalk to enjoy . We are seasoned travellers and can’t praise the Waterford Inn enough. In addition Mike at the desk went out of his way to help me find my ring. …. Too bad it is a little over 5 hour drive for us, wish it was closer. Janet in Ottawa Sept 2021.

Pleased overall with the Waterfront Inn. The room and facilities were very clean and they still provided a brown bag breakfast (albeit very basic) which was a nice touch as other hotels were opting to not provide anything. Staff was friendly and the location was right on the waterfront as advertised which made for some nice walking options.

Everything that we needed for our stay was right here at this location. It's located at a beautiful spot as well. Right in front of the water!!! I also LOVE the fact that it's very pet friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I appreciated being able to park right in front of door to our room. Staff were very helpful, restaurant ,” 28 on the Lake”serves up excellent meals. Rooms are clean and beds are excellent.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Would come back again.

The hotel is on a great waterfront trail. Breakfast was included.
