Briar Barn Inn

Beautiful place with lots of amenities.

A very nice, clean property with nice amenities. There is a very nice outdoor pool. The property also has a nice spa and restaurant. We ate at the restaurant which had a nice atmosphere. The music was just a bit loud. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his dinner. My watermelon salad was delicious, but my clam spaghetti was way too salty. This property is not within walking distance to too much, but is within 15 mis of driving into Newburyport. We did play pickleball at the local tennis club.

My Wife and I stayed one night. The entire experience was exceptional - from guest services to the room to the amenities.

Very clean, beautiful place, very well decorated and quiet. Our room had no desk or much place to sit. The Hulu tv system his really not user friendly to be polite. The day staff was great but the Gen Z clerk at our arrival (23 june) was interested only in his I phone/music and very poor in the helping departement. Not really any place to eat except outside and the breakfast is really lame…cheap pastry. Good for a couple but not a family. Over crowded lobby is not efficient in the morning. The restaurant was closed.

Our time at Briar Barn Inn was fabulous! The room was clean, comfortable and the fireplace was such a bonus! The Grove restaurant was absolutely amazing and delicious menu!

Such a beautiful gem of a hotel! Only down side was that the restaurant was closed for vacation. Otherwise it was lovely with so many thoughtful amenities throughout.

We had a lovely visit grounds were well kept and the rooms were large, clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back again!
