Las Hortensia's Casa De Huéspedes

This is a cute property located behind a solid gate. There is a restaurant on site, and they will arrange transportation to the airport which was $9 one way for us. The rooms are clean although we couldn't open the window because it was missing the screen and we didn't want bugs in our room. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

It was clean and comfortable, but noisy because of the highway and I could here people’s cell phones from my room.

It’s a nice and clean place. The people managed it are very nice. I appreciate their airport transportation very much (paid but very reliable). However, the place is off a busy highway so it’s quiet noisy.

Very quiet property minutes from the Quito Airport. Price included a wonderful breakfast. The owners are very accomodating for special requests.Exceptionally clean and very beautiful property.

The property is exactly as it says. It is a home away from home. The owners are sweet hearts, sincere and welcoming. Worth the stay. I only stay there!!!

This is a family owned property. The entire family was accommodating and exceptionally friendly. We had no wants while there. They coordinated our transportation to and from the airport and what a relief..I would love to stay there again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Cute place. Room was basic but clean. Staff was very friendly

We laid over on our way to the Galapagos and the service and accommodation was excellent! We arrived late in the evening (10pm), we were collected straight from the airport (greeted with a card with our name on in arrivals) for $10 and felt safe the whole time. Accommodation is just a short 10 min journey. Family run and everyone was really lovely, gave us plenty of advice on Quito. Room was really spacious and nice. Very clean too. Breakfast was excellent, mixture of eggs, breads and fruits, freshly made for you. We then departed for our flight in the morning. Overall fantastic stay and we’ll be staying again on our layover back through Quito.

This is a great spot to stay near the airport. It is close by and the owner is such a nice and helpful person. I'd way rather stay here than in some generic hotel for 3x the price.
