The low price, but I got what I paid for.

There was no breakfast or coffee, or anywhere nearby that I could find to get them.

Very well located, closed to Chipichape mall, restaurants and main roads. Rooms are confortable and AC.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was not cleaned during those two days, nor clean towels were provided.

Quiet location that was close the buses and shopping centre with just about anything you could want. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, security was great with someone always being present at the door or having a code to get in at other times. I appreciated that I asked for a different type of pillow and they went out of their way to provide one that was just right :) Enjoyed delicious pizza for dinner one night. Even when the pizza restaurant was open and beautiful lights on and music playing the rooms were still quiet. Was able to easily get clothes washing done - was washed, dried and folded on the bed the same day. Great grill restaurant across the road for a special dinner. Appreciated having someone who could speak good english when needed, but otherwise google translate worked a treat. Enjoyed seeing all the families dressed up and experiencing the atmosphere at the nearby Chipichape Mall for Halloween. Enjoyed looking over the tree lined streets nearby.

The breakfasts were an additional cost, and were quite varied in terms of quality. Some days they were great - an abundance of fresh fruit, fruit juice with egg and corn bread and coffee. But other days the same food was of a much lower quality or not fresh to the point where we didn't eat it.

Carlos, the owner was very hospitable upon entry. I highly reccomend the hotel
