Manager/owner woman was very rude and insulting, threatened to call police due to an international banking issue causing payment to take around 2 hours longer than expected at check out. It was very stressful as even though id explained we had lost our bank card so couldnt withdraw cash and was cooperative through the entire process she still demanded immediate payment and threatened to go to the police and social median if payment wasnt immediate. Payment was of course successful once cleared to her bank from ours and feedback submitted directly to manager/owner. Sometimes foreign guests with international banking doesnt always go smoothly when issues arrise whilst travelling. Manager needs hospitality and customer service training.

Location, 35mins walking distance to old town, so not noisy 👍👍👍 Hoa, owner so friendly, her staffs also friendly too

The staff were very nice, helpful, and flexible. The pool is lovely. It's in a nice location.

When I arrived at the accommodation I was given a very nice room but because it had twin beds, I asked if I could move to a room with a large bed. The staff said no problem and moved me to a new room but it was terrible - there was a huge amount of mould on the walls and a lot of the plaster and paint coming off. I asked if there was a different room I could move to and once again they obliged and while this new room was better, there was still obvious mould. I explained that I really wasn't happy with this and they let me leave early and only pay for the few nights I had stayed. In hindsight I should have stayed in the first room I was given but I didn't know the others would be so bad. I do appreciate how accommodating the staff were.

Мне понравился спокойная атмосфера в самом отеле. Милая девушка на ресепшене. В номере комфортно и достаточно чисто) Также достаточно хороший вид) и круто что отель находится немного дальше всех туристических улиц) я бы с радостью вернулась сюда

Небольшой минус - холодильник в номере внутри немного грязноват, но это не критично.

Relaxing, calm, quiet area and the view of the rice paddies. The staff/owner are great, very accommodating and helpful. We also like the free use of bicycles and the 24hrs motorbike rent.

If you want a low cost quiet place but within easy reach of centre this is for you .

We had a slight problem with our aircon Leaking , but it was cleared up and we were offered another room , just too lazy to move in our last night.

Nice clean rooms and refreshing pool

Nous avons pu avoir notre chambre plus tôt que le Check-in, c’était appréciable après des heures de bus! La famille est adorable et aux petits soins. Les plats et petit dej sont délicieux! Service de laundry sur place, possibilité de louer un scooter également. L’hôtel est situé à quelque pas des rizières, c’est incroyable de s’y balader à vélo.

RAS
