Everything was beyond perfect. AC in every room, very quiet beach and area in general. The pool was awesome as well.

Staff doesn't speak English very well (just like most of Bulgaria) but you can still communicate pretty well

The hotel has a nice private beach, no crowds. We also like the swimming pools and saunas. And the fantastic view from the balcony.

"Lovely place with astounding manager."

Very good manager (a lady). By mistake I have booked a room for just 2 persons, and we were four (with the kids). The manager acted immediately (though it was evening) and prepared the room for 4 persons. Perfect service!

We went to a spa pool in the morning, and there was a Russian- speaking lady who chased us (several times) with questions whether we shall pay for the pool. I did not know whether we shall pay (I assume not), nether she knew. And we lost 20 minutes for this round of several conversations.
