Raicho Onsen Inn

可以包場的溫泉真的太棒了，非常喜歡。員工很熱情，服務周到貼心，因為這邊離餐廳有距離，如果晚餐沒計畫的話，有提供開車去餐廳用餐服務（並非客人指定餐廳）有機會會來體驗滑雪或腳踏車，住這邊會是第一選擇。

因為是木造所以隔音稍差（走路會有聲音）

10/10 Amazing guesthouse with 3 private onsens, clean kitchen facilities, great coffee and delicious bagels. Bring some eggs and avocado and you can make an amazing brunch. The fresh coffee was also so good. The onsen reservation system is simple and well organized - with plenty of time slots for everyone. The staff were friendly, and the spaces were clean and cozy. We also loved the eco-friendly approach, the privacy of the onsens and the location - easy parking and close to great hiking trails. Would definitely visit again!

We arrived early, thinking that pre-check-in might be available (around 10am), even just to say hello, see the facilities or get some local recommendations. The staff were polite, though the welcome felt a little brief. It would have been nice to receive a bit more information about the area, nearby hikes or the discount code for the local café on the hiking trail we were about to visit. We all had time at that moment, more time than on the evening when everyone wants to checkin at the same moment. Nothing major at all, just a small detail that could make the experience even better. The only other small issues were not really the hotel’s fault: Families with children were running in the corridors from 7:30am, which was not very respectful to other guests. We had also booked the outdoor onsen, but the guests before us extended their session, which was a bit disappointing. In the end, we used another onsen that was available.

The house is nice. The (outdoor) onsen as well. And from the accommodation you have beautiful walking trails.

Most important: this was the most expensive dorm-bed ever. I went to 85 countries, stayed in multiple dorms. This was the most expensive (more than 40 euro per night per bed). And not in balance for what you get. The staff is friendly but isn't helpful (they didn't know there was a walking trail close because of danger). The breakfast is 1 bagel. It's tasty, but you get only 1 bagel, for this extreme high price? That's not ok.

・フレンドリーなスタッフ。近くの営業しているレストランなどの情報を教えてくれました。インバウンドのお客さんにも丁寧に対応しています。欧米系の外国人が多めなのも納得。 ・露天風呂が独り占めできる。30分の枠ごとに予約をするのですが、バッティングしない限り、何度でも入ることができます。 ・一ノ瀬草原にも近く、乗鞍高原を楽しむのに良い場所。乗鞍高原は星見に最高の場所と言われていて、部屋から少しだけ見える夜空に星がきれいに輝いていました。 ・共用スペースはもともと旅館の食堂 だったと思うのですが、広めで窓から見える緑も心地よかったです。リモートワークするのに良い場所だと思いました。 ・元々の旅館を今風の宿にリニューアルしたものだけに、当然 古さはありますが、部屋も共用スペースも広々としており、とてもリフレッシュできました。またリピートしたいと思います。

・良くなかったことではないのですが、温泉は硫黄泉 です。したがって、入浴後よくシャワーで洗い流さないと、硫黄の匂いが残ります。ただ、白骨温泉のような強烈な硫黄泉 ではないので、匂いも控えめではあります。

Dit is een prachtig en gezellige herberg in een klein bergdorpje met een fijne sfeer. Als je binnenkomt is het schoenen uit en voelt de gemeenschappelijke ruimte als een huiskamer. We hadden een prachtige kamer met traditionele vloerbedden. Het hotel geeft heel veel informatie over wat toe doen in het gebied en hoe bijv naar kamikochi te reizen. Qua eten en drinken is er niet veel in de buurt, maar ze bieden een gratis tripje aan naar het nabijgelegen dorpje rond etenstijd. Ook kan je voor schappelijke prijzen in de keuken allemaal eten kopen om zelf te koken. De Onsen is gratis bij het verblijf en makkelijk prive te reserveren iedere dag. De onsen was voor ons echt een geweldige ervaring. Toen we aan het einde van de middag in de buiten onsen zaten kwamen er allemaal aapjes om ons heen in de bomen zitten!

Niets! Het enige wat goed is om te weten is dat het wat afgelegen is en je wel bijna 2 uur vanuit de stad (matsumoto) naar het hotel moet reizen. Wij hadden hier al rekening mee gehouden dus het was geen probleem. Ook was de busrit door de bergen echt spectaculair qua uitzicht!

Lovely staff who speak English very well (this "trait" is something to be appreciated in Japan), the hotel and rooms are fantastic and the private onsens are stunning! Guys, this is worth its weight in gold!

The rooms can be a bit cold for the morning, but the staff gives you warm blankets, so it's not a "real" problem.

I liked everything

The best guest house I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so well thought out and homely. The private outside onsen was literal magic and the bagels at breakfast were tasty. The surrounding area was beautiful to explore - I wish I could have stayed longer!

Could give butter or cream cheese with bagels 🫶🏼
