We have just returned from a couple of days away we really enjoyed our stay the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the hosts Mark &Liz went above and beyond to make you feel welcome we would definitely come back and stay in this lovely guest house.

Everything was perfect, from hosts, room, facilities, breakfast, location, will definitely return. Had the most lovely stay.

The hosts were fab, we all enjoyed couldn't beat the location

Very nice and clean b&b, room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Mark and Liz were attentive, friendly and helpful and the homemade breakfast was 10/10. Location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk into the centre of the village, bars, arcades and the beach. Although close to the nightlife, where the b&b is situated it is very quiet so we got a good night's sleep. Bus stop only a few feet from the b&b so you could easily get a bus to Ingoldmells and Skegness if you wanted to. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for having us.💜

Hosts were excellent, very welcoming, friendly, fun and approachable, informative regards area and attractions. The room was great, comfortable and welcoming, and liked the colours. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was excellent too.

Just had an excellent 3 nights at Sea Air B&B. Mark and Liz were excellent hosts and were very helpful with any questions we had about the village. The full English breakfast was very nice. Our room was perfect for our stay with a very comfortable bed. I can definitely recommend Sea Air B&B, and we will definitely be visiting again.
