The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue were that on exiting the lift on the 4th floor there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Probably from guests using the balcony even though this was a No Smoking area.

Quick overnight stay since we thought it’s near the train station. Even though the place was empty, reception won’t let you check in by 12noon. We left our luggage and returned by 2:45pm to find no one at the reception. We waited for another 15min till someone came to give us the key. When we got to the room there were flies and insects inside. It’s a pity that they do not maintain the place. The room was modern and well equipped.

Communication was excellent. Our flight was delayed, we got in at one in the morning. They sent shuttle and welcomed us. Excellent service

I stayed for 2 weeks and i must say i am really glad i chose this place . The building is brand new and the room is really clean . I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. The customer service is great and i thank ahmed and yasmine for helping me with any questions i had on my trip. Wifi was working the whole time I was there and the facility is near all the restaurant and close to the medina. Overall this place was great and i will be coming again . Thanks!

Not expensive; Upper scale design . Way better than the price reflects

Amazing room,exactly as in picture 🙂 I felt really good,the man from reception very friendly,and the bathroom was nice too.Smart tv with apps in.Definetely recommended !!!
