O'Biches by Horizon Holidays - Trou aux Biches

Мы жили в апартаментах на втрой линии, а это значит, что вам видно только небольшую часть океана с балкона. На первой линии только большие апартаменты, рассчитанные на большее количество гостей (больше 4-х). Персонал приветливый, администратор пытался сделать всё что мог.

Грязные полы (которые персонал пытался мыть несколько раз, но без результата)) и муравьи - не возможно было ничего оставить на столе, они тут же появлялись в большом количестве, а также они обитали везде- ванна, кухня, терраса/балкон.

After spending a lot of time choosing a place for my dream holiday with my parents in Mauritius, I cannot be happier that I chose this one! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, our stay was incredible! Great location with private entrance to beautiful beach, the apartment with comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, grill on the terrace and so much space everywhere. A lot of things close by - like grocery shops, souvenir shops, pharmacy, restaurants, diving center, companies offering tours etc. The staff of the accomodation are incredible, very friendly, smiling and helpful in all situations you can imagine. Very big thank you! to you all and it will be my pleasure to visit you in the future!

على البحر مباشره

الشقه متهالكه وقديمه والاواني لها ريحه مهما غسلتها لها ريحه كريهه والسرير غير مريح والغرف صغيره والحمامات لها رائحه وفيه نوتات بكل مكان لا تستخدم هذا ولا تضع هذا الشقه كلها عباره عن اومر مو مكان للاسترخاء وبعيد عن هذا كله الموجر تعامله سي يراقبنا عند الدخول والخروج يرسل مسج انه اليوم شفت 3 اشخاص حول كوفي الفلاني هل هذا انتم ! شي مخيف الصراحه .. وفيه نوتات بكل مكان لا تستخدم هذا ولا تضع هذا الشقه كلها عباره عن اومر مو مكان للاسترخاء وبعيد عن هذا كله الهاوس كيبنق غير محترمه اطلاقاً تريد مني تنظيف الشقه قبل الخروج وبعد العوده من البحر تدخل الشقه بعدي وتصور اغراضي الشخصيه وتنتهك خصوصيتي وترسلها للموجر مثلا ملابس النوم على السرير تقوم بتصويرها بحكم انني المفروض اضعها في الدولاب وليس على السرير وتصور اكواب قهوه في المغسله وانهم خرجو وماغسلوها و الارضيه فيها تراب طبعا هذا شي طبيعي بحكم ان الشقه على البحر وموريشوس اصلا عباره عن بحر ولكن الموجر كان مع عامله النظافه يطلب زياده فلوس يوميا حسب قوله ان الهاوس كيبنق تشتكي اني اغراضي الشخصيه في الشقه كثيره وهذا ياخذ منها وقت كثير للتنضيف علماً ب اني لم اطلب منهم تنظيف الشقه ابدا وكان طلب تنظيف الشقه من الموجر ارسل لي في الواتس اب ان العامله سوف تقوم بالتنظيف يوم بعد يوم والعامله لاعلم هل هي مريضه نفسيه او ماذا لانها تقوم ب ازاله جميع المفارش والشراشف على السرير ووضعها بالخزانه ووضع نوت الرجاء عدم لمسها او استخدمها وتم تصوير ذالك للاثبات ولا اعلم كيف انام على سرير بدون اي غطاء وتم ايضاً استخدام الدولاب الخاص بالغرفه ك مخزن للشراشف وايضاً المزارع يقوم بالدخول للشقه من الخلف دون اذن مني ووضع رشاش الماء الساعه 9 الصبح في البلكونه الخاصه لي ورش الماء على الكنبات والجلسه الخارجيه حيث لايمكن استخدامها الا بعد 5 ساعات حتى تجف وذالك دون الاخذ بالاعتبار اذا كانت هناك اغراض خاصه في البلكونه قد تتلف والعامله تقوم ب اخراج الملابس من الغساله ورميها بالارض بكل عدم احترام بعد ان اعود اجد ملابسي المغسوله مرميه بالارض وهي مبلله وايضاً الموجر كل يوم يرسل لي رسال بكل قلة ادب انه انتي وسخه تتركين الشقه غير مرتبه والعامله تقول انكم فوضويين وتستخدمون مناشف البحر وتضعونها في البلكونه علماً ب اني استاجرت الشقه لمده 16 يوم ل اجد الراحه ومع ذالك كان...

The location was excellent! There were some really great restaurants within walking distance. The apartment complex was secure with a gate and a staff member at the entrance. Our apartment was directly beachfront — it was exceptionally beautiful and very spacious. The pool was great, and the beach was clean and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay! The cleaning staff and all other employees were very friendly. We would definitely come back!

The only thing that wasn’t perfect about the apartment was the kitchen equipment, especially the knives. There was only one large kitchen knife, and it was quite dull — but I’m sure the owners will replace it soon. Something that isn’t related to the apartment itself, but more common in Mauritius, are the windows. As Europeans, we’re used to better insulation, so even with the windows closed, you can still hear a lot of noise from outside. But we noticed this in several accommodations in Mauritius, so it seems to be quite normal there. Apart from that, everything was really beautiful, and the place is definitely highly recommended — also for families!

At der reserveres solsenge ved poolen - den ene dag lå der håndklæder på 6 solstole hele dagen - de unge mennesker dukkede først op sidst på eftermiddagen.
