Location not Good

The staff was very helpful. There was some language barrier in one instance which was almost fully overcome with Google translator. The location is convenient.

The WiFi is really slow in the reception and basically non-existent in the bedroom - I got a bedroom close to the reception. I was unlucky with the toilet as well, it was dirty. Although I asked for a bedroom with a double bed in the petition, they gave me two single beds and when I asked to change, the receptionist said it was too difficult to do that cause my reservation was done through Booking.

It's a friendly budget hotel that I would recommend for those who are looking for a lower tariff with good amenities. The room was big enough, neat, and clean; the bed was comfy, and all the amenities were provided well. All staff were super helpful, some of them would like to mention that Ms. Sabrina and Mr. Omar, receptionist were so friendly and welcoming.

No response to my questions/didnt answer my calls/ very bad customer service

Good rooms and good bathroom

There was an issue with ants in the room and I could change the room. In the morning when I try to check out there was no one at the reception.

Location: On a main avenue, a little far from downtown. Supermarket in front and bus stop 100 m away Service: excellent, English spoken. Courteous. Room comfortable, wifi works well, hot shower. Clean. No breakfast but there is a restaurant on the first floor (hotel is on the 2nd and there's other hotel on the 4th floor)
