Very good freshly cooked breakfasts. Faultless wifi. Convenient quiet location. Rooms are accessed separately across a small courtyard.

Room was very clean and smart. Bed comfortable. Hostess very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was well equipped with plates, microwave etc.

Our only problem, with two of us there, was only one chair. Although room was equipped to allow us to bring in take-away food, one chair would mean one of us eating sat on the bed. Appreciate that this was due to limted space.

Wonderful stay as always, excellent host, excellent breakfast and great nights sleep.

Need drinking glasses for provided water. Perhaps rugs on floor as hard flooring cold underfoot

Very easy to arrive and depart. A great breakfast on both days , quite a delightful place to stay. Rooms are separate from the main building , so really easy to get in and out (good for the work trip I was on).
